ABOUT US

Passion. Experience. Diligence.

Buying or selling property is one of the largest purchases and most important transactions most people will ever engage in. Yet today, an increasing number of law firms approach these important transactions with a “mill mentality.” They give bargain rates but little attention, thoroughness or service.

Washlaw is a premiere real estate law firm in New York. Harold Washington, Esq. is a licensed attorney in New York and New Jersey, and formed the firm in 2020 with the goal of servicing the residential real estate market in the five boroughs and the tri-state area.  With the combined efforts of other attorneys, the previous firm where Harold developed his legal skills, was able to complete over 300 closings a year.

Washlaw prides itself on premiere service given to its clients. Our goal is to build a professional relationship with our clients, with high quality results, and maintain excellence. We provide individualized legal advice for first-time homebuyers, luxury buyers, and investors. We also provide due diligence for banks and title companies.

Washlaw enables clients to experience fair negotiations, a smooth closings process which provides piece of mind.
